Dave Hicks	Dave Hicks Chief Executive Officer Dave has been associated with the engineering and the automotive industries for over 30 years. During this period he has gained extensive industry experience in training and workforce development matters. After completing an apprenticeship as a Fitter Machinist, Dave was involved in engineering and automotive industrial relations before becoming the Chief Executive Officer of an industry training advisory body.
Brian Chanter	Brian Chanter Engineering Project Manager Brian was for a total of 10 years the CEO of the Metals, Manufacturing and Services Industry Training Council, he has worked in TAFE and private industry in a training and managerial capacity.  Previous to that he worked in engineering construction and maintenance and as a sea-going Engineer Officer attached to the Royal Navy.
Mark Harper	Mark Harper Automotive Project Manager Mark has been involved in the automotive industry for thirty years. During this time he qualified as a Motor Mechanic in both light and heavy vehicles.  Mark served his time at a BMW dealership in England before opening his own company specialising in BMW, Mercedes and Porsche vehicles, including a separate company specialising in race car preparation and race support.
Lynne Hattie	Lynne Hattie Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer Lynne has been associated with the automotive industry for over ten years and for the past two years with the engineering industry.  Lynne holds the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at the Training Council and also assists with staff development.
